My Take on Italian Style Marsala w a Pork Chop

Today, my life partner slept in longer..so needed a quick dinner before he heads into work for the evening.

Thawed out some of my precooked from a prior meal, gourmet thick pork chops…

Made a mushroom and green tomato, creme based take on Italian Marsala sauce also w Garlic of course.

Heated the chops in the oven.

Made and reduced the red onions, white onions, dried whole mushrooms and balsamic vinegar and heavy buttermilk

Added butter and a little water to thin it some near end of cooking it and let it simmer on low for about 8 more minutes.

Used a little Garlic and Herb seasoning and salt as flavor builder.

Served on a bed of Penne Pasta with hot soft buttery (store bought) bake and serve biscuits.

Paired with Modelo Negro (dark) beer.
