A New Recipe From a Recipe Gone Wrong

Hey I gotta say this for the first time I encountered a Kitchen crisis..meaning I did not accomplish my goal of perfection on first recipe try.

My family was astonished and so was I, I also didn’t feel great so maybe that had something to do with it.

So originally I was supposed to be making Papas Rellenas (and in December I will and it will be perfect,I know exactly what yesterdays issue was lol)

But instead yesterday, I transformed it into potato cakes still filled w meat sauce and deep fried in Breading.

It was DELICIOUS, just wasn’t exactly what I had planned.

I made my fresh salsa. That recipe for the salsa will be published after a guest blog I did for The Tortilla Project is published since I originally wrote it for them.

At any rate, enjoy the images and remember even if you are having a bad kitchen day and it doesn’t end up being your first dinner idea. STOP don’t throw it away, instead reimagine it into another amazing dish!

Great Sunday!
