A Simple Delicious Sunday meal with Sauce

This Sunday I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to cook but I decided that I needed to.

So I wanted to cook something that was hearty, delicious but wouldn’t take more than 2 hours to make.

I put some pork chop cutlets ( tiny porkchops), peppers and potatoes in my slow roaster.

Once they were finished I added Picante sauce as a topping and left the roaster on Keep warm.

I then sautéed some frozen store bought Zucchini noodles in my Wok and added some of my families favorite

seasonings.

I also marinated 3 thick Angus beef steaks.

Then moved them to the oven to reverse seer.

Next I put a seer on them on the grill top on my Gas stove.

Cooked them to a perfect medium rare.

They were tender as butter when cut and so delicious.
