Bangin Lettuce Tacos for the Win!

So today for lunch, while multitasking I decided to make something quick.

I combined some brisket I had stored along with the leftover beef mixture from yesterday’s Inauguration eggs meal. Added mozarella to kind of bind it together. Great thing about Mozarella is it can go in alot of things because the taste is so mild. It’s more of a silky texture component.

Next I got out Romaine lettuce leaves  take two of them place them on top of one another. Cut the hard part off. Then slightly to form a cup like if you made a cup out of your hands slide one slightly to the  side. But make sure they are still layered.

Then fill with the meat cheese mixture
Top w spinach and shredded carrots or tomatoes etc.

Then top w schriacha, lime juice.

Add any of the following
Onion
Red pepper relish spread
Horseradish
Spicy mustard
Pickles

All of those are at your choice.

Its a good alternative to the ordinary lettuce wrap or taco.

Sidenote..that dark on side of lettuce is NOT dirt. My lettuce was cleaned. That is the seasoning and cheese and meat due to the heat showing thru the thin side of the lettuce leaf.

Enjoy!
