Creamy, Dreamy Alfredo Dishes

I am a week late getting this up. I apologize for my absence. I have just had other things to tend to
and deal with and also had been just trying to take a break and get my mentally back where it needs to be.
I have learned that I have to take breaks some times for my own sanity.

Let’s get into ALFREDO!!

I made Homemade Chicken,shrimp,scallop and lump crab cake Alfredo pasta the Saturday before Mother’s Day.

Some of the ingredients you will need:

Asiago Cheese
Pecorino Toscano Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesean Cheese
Lots of butter
Heavy Cream
Salt
Pepper
Roasted Sweet Red peppers
Minced Garlic
White cooking wine
green onions chopped
fresh baby portabello mushrooms
rosemary
sage
dill
( those last 3 ingredients probably sound crazy to you but they make it slap)
boneless chicken thighs (baked with herbs and seasoning and then battered and fried to make crisp and golden)
scallops
shrimp(seasoned w Old Bay and salt and pepper and steamed in a steaming pot)
Lump crab meat for the baked crab cakes (breadcrumbs,miracle whip, Old Bay,salt,finely chopped green onion)
Crab cakes then molded into nice large balls, and then baked till Golden.
And 2 boxes of thin spaghetti or which ever pasta you prefer.

These are some of the ingredients and steps,can’t give it all away. I will soon be selling recipes for $5.00 on the site.
We hope to have that set up soon. I won’t be selling all my recipes but some of the really cool ones I will.

This was also served with a roasted White Eggplant,roma tomato,mozzarella w Olive Oil side.

Dessert was HOMEMADE everything from scratch Pear and Walnut cobbler.

I’VE HEARD NO ONE HAS SEEN THEM BEFORE SO LET ME DATE THIS: 5/13/2021 RECIPE FOR ALFREDO PASTA WRAPS CREATED BY
CHEF CHARLENE SAUCE OF SAUCES BEST CATERING AND PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES LLC REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA.

So yall let me know if you see this somewhere else online.

I braised up some Chicken thighs, fresh ones. I used rosemary,sage,dill,sazon,paprika,butter for the braising.
No breading this time. This is to be served on the side with the wrap.

Next rough chop the following:
white onion
tomatoes
mushrooms
green onion
and add some arugula and the remaining small shrimp
Mozzarella
alfredo sauce
pasta

You’ll need LARGE wraps,like for sandwhich wraps or burritos.

To create the wrap:

Lay down a layer of cheese first
then arugula
followed by the pasta that was already sauce coated
Then your veggies we chopped
Next Shrimp
Next more cheese and
last Alfredo Sauce

Tightly tuck and roll (tucking in the ends) your wrap just how you’d make a burrito.

Place it on the grill seam side down to seal it closed.

Let grill till nice golden brown.

Plate it and top it with more warm Alfredo Sauce and grated Cheese.
