My Quick Version Chicken Parm w Pasta

So last night things were a bit hectic here at home but I still needed to cook a good meal.

I grabbed four chicken breasts and placed them in my slow roaster for about an hour and 15 min on 250 degrees.

I placed about a half inch of water in bottom of pan an added red onions, butter, fresh garlic, old bay, onion powder, parsley and salt to the meat.

Covered it .

Next I used my pasta steamer pot and made pasta.

Once the chicken and pasta finished, I added the pasta to the plate first, then scooped a little of the chicken stock into the dish.

Than placed the breast cutlet on top and then poured sauce. ( Get a Good Chunky Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce in the Jar )

Next add shredded parmesan and microwave it all together for 2 minutes.

And just like that a quick, easy and delicious meal for when you aren’t up to breading the chicken, frying it and making your own tomato sauce.

I’ll show you how to make the longer, truly homemade version soon.
