Open faced burger scramble crostini, and Balsamic Beef Tartare

So first… My beef Tartare isn’t a bright red because I included Balsamic Vinegar in my mixture. I personally love the taste of it along w the salt and herbs. If you haven’t ever seen balsamic or know it’s color its a very dark hue…hence the darkening of the meat. That and the fact that the Sun decided to hide itself most of the morning.

Even w my light box , ring light and other photography lighting. It just was darker today..and it irritated me  lol

As for the Open Faced burger scramble on crostini.

Its a buttered crostini, then diced tomatoes, followed by spinach, cheese and tomato scramble then a juice medium rare burger topped by a little more scramble.

The raw meal the beef tartare served w crostini and soft runny fried egg..
All mine!

Enjoy the rest of your day!
