Sauces Best Giant Biscuit Burger
My partner wanted burgers today. I had some frozen ground beef I hadn’t used at XMAS so I thawed it out, Mixed it with seasonings, mozzarella cheese, romano cheese and fresh parsley.
I wanted them to be huge burgers and on something other than regular rolls, so I made fluffy tender HUGE biscuits from scratch infused w parsley, butter and fresh oregano.
Baked it then cut it into 4 portions and then picked up each thick piece and sliced those in half to make bottoms and tops.
I also needed some giant melted cheese slices so I mixed shredded mozzarella cheese and Velveeta cheese in my cast iron till it melted then let it cool just enough to become solid and made two portions out of it.
The burgers are dressed with spicy kick horseradish sauce by Emeril Ketchup and my homemade Guacamole salsa, Tomatoes, white and red onions and spinach leaves and Romaine lettuce.
