Cooking for me is about more than just money. Of course it is also about money but mainly its a further expression of who I always have been. Which is an artist.
I could always draw and paint anything. At one time fashion design was my goal till I became a mom ..again and again lol. I think Chefs are people who cook with a real passion, not just for money, not just for need but because they truly love what they create. Chefs aren’t scared to experiment to push your palette and to push your visual senses.
That’s what I love about it.

Family meals come with your choice of salad, mac n cheese, macaroni salad, homemade buttermilk biscuits, mashed
potatoes. Choose 2 sides without extra fee. More than 2 , then its 10.00 per side.
PLEASE SIGN UP ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE TO GET ON SCHEDULE. THESE ARE WHOLE TIN TRAYS OF ITEMS ENOUGH FOR 6 PEOPLE.
Dinner pick up time 7pm or after.
Please give up to one weeks notice as I have to use a shared commercial kitchen and need time to book space.
We also can deliver to you for an extra $20.00 unless you are within a 5 mile radius then extra fee is only $10.00
**Please note when I travel to your city for a pop up or am booked for an event in your city but am there for a few
extra days and able to cook, you may order other items you have seen on the blog of specialty items outside of what is on each city’s flyer menu. You must place special item orders in advance and there may be an additional grocery fee.**

Charlene’s Mean Greens, Greens cooked w liquid smoke, vinegar, some other secrets and smoked Turkey meat. Large side serving $7.00
Decadent Deluxe Mac and Cheese : 4 cheeses, roux and a special secret recipe topping cooked and baked to perfection $8.00 large side serving.
Asian Steak , Peppers and Broccoli, full of Teriyaki, Rice Vinegar, Ginger and Soy sauce with Sesame Seeds ( can be left out) $12.00 served w steamed rice.
Giant Shrimp or Beef Taco, Tacos with Velveeta, spinach, caramelized onion, tomatoes and your choice of beef or chicken served w beans and rice. With Shrimp $17.00 with Beef $15.00
Steak and Shrimp Salad with homemade Crouton Strips: Shrimp and Steak seasoned and cooked to perfection Steak is braised and seared. Croutons are seasoned to the hilt and also coated in Parmesan. Other parts, cauliflower, spinach, arugula , dill dressing and my special homemade vinaigrette: $22.00

Policies for Food Pick up in Maryland:
While I may spend some time seeing family or friends I haven’t seen in a while…
Even when seeing them I will be requesting maintaining 4-6 ft between us with masks on.
I hope this isn’t a problem for anyone.
As for food payments. Electronic payment is preferred to eliminate hand to hand. If you have to do hand to hand, hand sanitizer will be used before and after.

I also ask that you text me for location once I arrive as it will not be shared publicly since its a private location and to not have a pile up that causes issues. Going to do this is a private and orderly fashion.
