Eggs in a hole w potato cakes and pork strips

Personal Chef Salisbury Md

So I made Eggs in a hole today.

Homemade stacked biscuit

See any recipe online for biscuit dough
But I added parsley flakes, 1 table spoon vanilla, merlot salt…

Cooked with egg in the center (you create a well area in the biscuit dough)

Once you’ve created your well you put the egg yolk in the well.  On one of them I used the whole egg and it actually looked the most beautiful of the biscuits when done.

Bake till they rise and use a toothpick to make sure they are done thru since triple stacked.

Melt 2 sticks butter w smoked paprika in a sauce pan.

Thin slice and season and fry some porkchops.

I then reheated the potato cakes

***They were egg washed also..
And yes in the video there is a small piece of the tomato and one green onion in the pan where the eggs wash is..

They were leftovers from dinner. They were properly stored and safe.  I cracked the egg in there due to my other bowl being occupied lol. DEFINITELY not what I do in a professional setting EVER! This was just us at home. And I’d been awake 30 min lol. So forgive me …***

Garnish w parsley, spinach leaf and lots of melted butter w smoked paprika

Now onto my admin work part of the day!

Have a great day everyone!
