First Week of Dec 2020 Cooking

Hey loves! So In the videos I make a home I tend to touch my face alot. Mainly due to my hair tickling my nose. I am Hassa and food safety certified so rest assured when cooking for others I am gloved or more conscious of where my hands go. Even at home I wash my hands FREQUENTLY. I don’t show all the handwashing in the videos but I promise it happens. I take the cleanliness and safety of my patrons and myself seriously. We all know it’s Holiday Season and time to try to spread peace and love. There are two things that definitely bring universal joy.. Good Music and Great food. Well maybe three if we include Great ” Drank” lol. This weeks 3 stars were: Jerk Chicken Salad on wheat bread Panini Cheesy oooey gooey Omlets served with my homemade Karo drench sweet biscuit loaf ,bacon and fried green tomatoes And the STAR .. my own recipe for what I like to call a take of Tuscan style Baked Ziti. The video will walk you through my steps and I’ll also the main ingredients I used here. 15 Roma tomatoes Garlic Basil Oregano Italian Parsley 8 large Bell Peppers ( I used several colors) Old bay Salt Pepper Italian herb seasoning Other seasonings mentioned in video Penne Pasta only because store didnt have Ziti Chicken breasts Shrimp Slow cooked beef or ground beef Italian Sausage Heavy cream Lots of butter Gouda cheese Mozzarella cheese Italian 5 blend cheese 2 to 3 bags of each of the cheeses Plain yogurt Canned diced basil and tomato Garlic and herb wet seasoning explained in video Olive oil Spinach Also add carrots or zucchini |
