Here’s Breakfast! Oh and Food Sales begin Nov 8!
Hey guys! Fun fact.. I am not a breakfast person really. I mention that because I am sure in looking at my blog/vlog you can see how many breakfast/brunch dishes I created here at home. My partner and my daughter love breakfast. Even as a kid I never did. I will eat it occasionally and I will eat lunch type foods for breakfast..lol.
Today’s breakfast were soft fried eggs with a delicious runny yolk with crisp bacon ( more than you can see in the shots) , warm lightly toasted bread and my secret recipe , sweet potato cakes, caramelized on the edges by cooking in a cast iron frying pan with light olive oil.
