Butchering My Own Pork chops for this Lovely Pasta

I wanted to show what could be done w one of the chops after I froze the rest.

You could make this cream spinach and arugula sauce w seafood or chicken also.
I wanted to make it with the Pork Chop.

Homemade sauce by me.

Enjoy!

Sauce ingredients

Green onion
Arugula
Baby spinach

Pesto
Heavy buttermilk
Half stick butter
1/2 cup water
Old bay
Garlic powder
Granulated garlic
Escallon and All Spice seasoning
Rosemary seasoning

Add Corn Starch for thickness

Simmer till it begins to become creamy
Use a whisking tool to whisk while its simmering

Next add the pork chop
You can sear it first
I just added mine without searing to get lots of the pork flavor in the sauce
Keep basting it in the sauce while it cooks
You may need to add small portions of water or broth to keep the sauce from getting to thick.

Take the pork chops off and set aside to cool

Next add your cook and drained spaghetti to the sauce, toss it well and let it simmer..
I placed the pork chops back on top for about 2 mins also at the end.

Turn it off. Let it settle.

Then you’re ready to plate

I garnished with fresh parsley and dried parsley and grated fresh Romano cheese
