Turn leftovers into a Dazzling Breakfast

Remember last weeks Eggrolls and Wraps?

Well I had leftover filling from both, and I of course had eggs and cheese in my Fridge.

My beloved asked what was for breakfast ( I know it seems like I cook everyday, but I don’t lol) So I had to think

what can I make that will be good and also use these leftovers and of course give me another cool blog entry?

I present to you, Spinach Breakfast Burritos served with Salsa Verde!

Garnished with spinach and sliced cherry tomatoes!

He loved it!
Remember the expression a good chef or cook wastes nothing! ( now if its spoiled or unsafe to eat please do throw that away) But otherwise find a way to repurpose your items.
