My first cooking video

My first cooking video, well first one that is decent enough for you to see there will be more in the future! Enjoy! So after watching it my counter looks a mess. But its NOT dirty. It is sanitized daily with hospital grade supplies, especially during covid. We are in the process of moving in 2 mos and the house we currently live in is older. Dishes,counters and hands are cleaned and I wear gloves whenever I cook.

For business I will be using a shared commercial kitchen here in the local area.
