My Gourmet Pork chops

This is from Two weeks ago.

I cooked the most beautiful, colorful, well seasoned tender pork chops.

They were marinated, then baked with a mixture ( prepared in my Food Processor )of peppers, garlic, red onions.  Which they were drenched in while baking.

Other herbs included Rosemary and Thyme!
