Eggs Benedict.. The best Brunch item ever

Not too long ago I got a perfect egg poacher pan ( yes I also know how to do it the old fashioned way) but hey I believe in making my life easier and being able to put out perfect or close to perfect food! This pan does a great job! You can find it on Amazon.

My Eggs Benedict consists of

Poached egg

Garlic sautéed spinach

English Muffins

Hollandaise sauce ( jarred but recipe adjusted w things added to suit my family’s tastes)

and Ham which I cut into circles and then fried along with the left over pieces to create a sort of ham hash.
