A tale of 2 Pastas

In this entry we visit my reissue use if you will of my marinara and meat sauce served with
some store bought spaghetti.

But the real show stopper here is the Zucchini pasta created with my Veggie Spiralizer machine
from Amazon.

I used about 5 squash for the amount of noodles I cooked total.

The sauce is created using:

Olive oil
Butter
Plain Greek Yogurt
2 sticks of butter
Italian style breadcrumbs
Freeze dried Italian herbs,fresh is always better
and minced Garlic with a hint of Balsamic

Bring your sauce to boil then simmer it for about 8 min.
Once its all mixed well together(you’ll want to be standing and wisking it as it cooks), add the squash noodles.
Cook till the desired tenderness you and your family prefer. I prefer mine with still a little slight crunch.

Delish, and healthy. And so pretty on the plate.

To serve I funneled all the pastas and garnished with sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley and dried parsley.
