Loaded Potato Wedges,Panzanella Salad and Gourmet Ramen
LOADED POTATO WEDGES:
Homemade potato wedges
Topped with seasoned Basmati Rice,
stewed chicken in the Arugula infused Beschamel sauce.
Topped with Shredded Mozzarella
Just comforting and delicious.
PANZANELLA BREAD SALAD (NON TRADITIONAL STYLE):
Believe it or not.. this is my idea of a meal on the fly!

I present Panzanella salad but of course with a Sauces Best Catering Twist.
Panzanella is an Italian Bread Salad incase you don’t know.
This time I made one consisting of:
Beshamel thats extra infused
2 fried Eggs
The bread was cut into cubes,seasoned and toasted first.
Forget struggle ramen! Take that Ramen and make it gourmet enough to please your toughest critics. Add a fantasic presentation and you have a winner!

It consists of:
Thai Fish Sauce
Vinegar quick picked mushrooms
Chicken in broth with vegetables and stock
Topped with honey Teriyak and General Sao Sauces
You can use any of the following noodles or make a fresh wider pasta to create a more Dan Dan noodle look.
