Red Snapper,Dressing,Red rice,Biscuit and Curry Pork Neck bones

Today for dinner, I cleaned and cooked 2 pieces of Red Snapper to serve with my special Cornbread dressing infused with Spinach Dip( sounds crazy but if you ever try my dressing you will never go back to ordinary dressing.It is that good.

I also added to the plate some of yesterdays Liquid smoke and curry cooked Pork necks,

Freshly cooked red rice and added Mozzarella and garlic to the tops of the biscuits as they baked.

Here are some of the seasonings that went into the Fish batter.

Zatarain’s Fish Fry
to which I added
Old Bay
Onion Powder
Chef Merito Seasoning
Italian lemon juice
Island Spice, Fish spice
Paprika

Mix them good batter your fish and fry it.

I garnished the plate with Parsley Flakes and fresh Thyme

Enjoy.
