Reimagined BBQ Sauced Brisket w Purple Sweet and Spicy Cole Slaw

Leftovers depending on the item ..are safe in your fridge for 4-7 days.

At the 6 day mark whatever my family hasn’t eaten gets sealed in commercial freezer bags and frozen for another days quick meal.

But in order to not get tired of them..its all about repurposing and remaining them.

Today I used some of the bangin, tender Brisket in my BBQ sauce on a bed of my salt with wheat sub rolls I chopped into breadsticks and fried in a pan with oil, rosemary, and some Everything Bagel seasoning.
