Three meals that wow!

Thai style rice noodles with peas, mortadella (fried), seared Boston Butt slices and a sauce created by me using several Asian condiments I keep around the house. Left in some of its broth to create a lovely, Asian inspired meal. Add Green onion and fresh Vidallia onion for texture and flavor. Served with a beautifully cooked Egg on top with that runny yolk we all love.

Beer Batter Fried Frog legs DELICIOUS!!!!!

Served on top of cheesy , herb infused Polenta (made from corn meal, similar to grits) with golden potato medallions! Can be topped with Caramelized onions also.

Last but not least.  A simple meal done in an hour that looks as beautiful as what you find in restaurants.

Creamy cheese Bucatini pasta. I used Velveeta cheese and plain greek yogurt with garlic powder to make the sauce. Toss your Bucatini in and  then use your tongs to twist and give some height on the plate. Garnish with parsley or in my case I went with dried Dill.  It is so good.

I hope you all enjoy these blogs and the images and videos.

I am going to try to really get back into the longer cooking videos and write ups with recipes very soon. Thanks for your support and patience
