Two Quick But Beautiful Meals. Ramen and Pizza
Ramen
I love Ramen, Pho, Dan Dan Noodles ..just all of it.
But if you ever struggled, were a college student or a mother then you know all about those Dollar Ramen packs.
To many it’s a sign of struggle or a memory of struggle.
But let me tell you..you can take Ramen and elevate it.
I got hungry late night and here’s what I came up with
I placed red onion, white onion, one tomato slice, baby spinach and chopped Romaine lettuce in a bowl
Next I added the cooked Ramen
Then I cooked or poached my egg. Hard poach tonight (Egg fell apart a bit on this one but hey it was 3 am and just me eating it lol)
While that cooked..
I added
Soy sauce
THAI chili sauce
Sesame Oil
And rice vinegar and the noodle flavor packs and tossed them to an even mix in bowl.
Lastly topped w the egg.
And let me tell you its lovely in the bowl and tastes great.
No longer struggle Ramen.
Goodnight all
Breakfast Pizza
Using the Bread leftovers from the Sauces Best Giant Biscuit Burger
I had left over bread so I toasted in on my Cusinart Griddler till firm
I had some canned Pasta sauce on the stove simmering on low for 30 min with granulated garlic in it and a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar
Next once bread is done build the layers of the pizza
I put A layer of mozzarella first to seal any cracks in the bread
Followed by some of the sauce
Then a layer of baby spinach
Then more sauce
Then more cheese
Then Fennel sprigs
Then sauce
More Cheese topped w pesto
Bake till browned
Take out of oven
Put chopped cherry tomatoes on top along w rings of red tomato
Top with your soft fried egg sunny side up.
Garnish with fresh parsley
And more fennel
Serve on top bed of avacado slices, red onion and two large Romaine lettuce leaves
Drizzle w Balsamic Vinegar.
Breakfast is served.
