Wow your guests with these!
A couple of BEAUTIFUL meals to please your guests!
Are you into mixed drinks? Familiar with Daileys Mixers?
The mango and the strawberry one make for great ingredients for
your dishes also!
I slow cooked some pork roast.
Sliced it and then braised and glazed it in a pan with Strawberry Daquiri mixer sauce.
Of course I added some salt, pepper, sazon and garlic.
The goal is sweet and savory!
I forgot to mention this dish is actually MY new take on Surf and Turf.
I also made a Bechamel Sauce and then added some minced down via food processor. The fish I
used for this were little tiny, mild flavored fish called Perjerry Fish.
The mix of the fish also included peppers, green onion, olive oil.
Add that into your already constructed Bechamel sauce!
Of course you know me.. I love pasta.
The Fish sauce is served atop a bed of Thin spaghetti.
To serve glaze bottom of your pasta bowl with the strawberry pork glaze.
Then place your portions.
Finish off w sprigs of mint and parsley.
Next up a brunch delight!
I present to you Vanilla Brioche French Toast served with
Hot Molasses sauce and a melted buttercream and Velveeta cheese sauce.
Top it with two runny fried eggs. Use a dessert cutter to cut into perfect
circles for plating.
Garnish plate with freeze dried parsley.
Enjoy!
