Cinco De Mayo a Celebration

So this was not one of my best days mentally. I have
been feeling a bit sad but I always power through for my
family and for my supporters.

With that said pardon my chaos and my appearance. I assure you
it was just one of those days.

But I was determined to create some Cinco De Mayo content.
Next time I think I’ll wait to do content when I am in a better
head space.

Lastly my phone ran out of space and so some of my words and video
were but off and we lost 2 of the files(never has happened before)

BUT Here we are a great and delicious meal in spite of it all.

I present to you:
Plantain flour cakes
Sazon rice and beans
Steak and tortilla Spanish stew filled with eggplant,squash,pototoes,cheese,tomato sauce and peppers and hella flavors.
And Taco ground beef and cheese quesadillas.
served with my homemade salsa verde for acidity
Garnished w tomatoes and sour cream.

1 pack of taco seasoning
ground beef
shredded white and yellow cheese mix
large burrito flour tortillas
