THE FOOD IS THE STAR!  Also when I cook on Camera I have a bit of a nervous, anxious thing I do with touching my face.

  I actually ONLY do this when watching myself of a screen filming and do it no matter if cooking or not. I want to reiterate that HAND WASHING IS IMPORTANT AND ALWAYS DONE. 

Also when I cook professionally I am not filming and hence the urge to face touch disappears.

I dont really do exact measurements but I will do my best in videos and text to talk you through my meals. I encourage tasting while cooking to make sure your flavor layers are coming together properly.  

Remember to always cook and taste according to the tastes and needs of your guests.
