Full Comical but real disclosure. I am a human being. Some days there is no makeup and I am in my house clothes when just cooking for my family. Example the new Braciole Video, My hair and outfit was a hot mess lmao. I was just trying to uplift myself with a day of cooking. But I am going to try to start dressing up more and doing my makeup more for videos. But THE FOOD IS THE STAR! 

I cook by taste not recipe,  Of course for sterile purposes when preparing for those outside of my home..
I will always taste from separate bowl and utensil..never tasting directly from the meal.

I dont really do exact measurements but I will do my best in videos and text to talk you through my meals.
